Secret message in the newspaper!

Agents! There is a new hidden message to us from the Director. This time is to congratulate us for the amazing work that we have done! Good job! Here is what the Director said:

 

Congratulations, agents. Operation: Hibernation was a success. Herbert is in a state of deep sleep. Enjoy the Fair costumes, but continue to monitor the security camera in Command Room. Even in the time of celebration, the EPF must stay alert.

Thanks for the update Director, but can't the EPF have a break for like 2 minutes? I mean, the EPF agents work 24/7 just to save penguins! Well, I guess that's what's we have to do, what do you think agents? Comment and let us know.
