Hello EPF agents, today, Club Penguin posted a new video on their main channel in YouTube.. the weird thing about the video is that it might have some information about the "black-out" coming to Club Penguin, it shows yellow EPF agents in a cover as Tubas players, after that, a shadow of Herbert and Klutzy passes by them, then the agents return to their EPF clothes... that means that the EPF is watching Herbert and Klutzy closely, take a look at the video
Hmm... I was wondering what Gary and the other EPF agents have gotten from Herbert and Klutzy, maybe some secret information and updates? And like Gary said, he will be posting news and updates in the next edition of the newspaper, so agents keep your eyes opened.
