CLASSIFIED: Using System Defender, we traced Herbert's location. We've blasted the area with cold air, which should make him hibernate.

This is some interesting news. If you haven't completed the System Defender level, then you should go to the EPF command room and complete it. And I thought that Polar Bears don't hibernate so this is really weird! What do you think of this, comment and let us know.
